A Trip Down Memory Lane

I remember the times when I had to stealthily shove food into E.'s mouth whenever he randomly opened it.  Today he told me specifically he wanted a banana for lunch.

Actually, I found myself doing this same thing with a strawberry the other day.  Yes, I was that mom.  Darn it, I knew if he would just try it, he would like it.  Everyone likes strawberries, right? 

Hmm.  Maybe not that much has changed after all (for either of us).
